We are Brennan Street and Andrew John. We moved to Alhaurin el Grande six years ago, our journey followed by the Channel 4 programme, ¨A new life in the Sun¨. We opened our boutique hotel , Casa 44 shortly after. So many of our guests were either house hunting or fell in love with the pueblo and this beautiful region of Spain. We realised, having experienced it ourselves and having completed a full reform on our home just how daunting the process can be. We realised that people needed a guiding hand through the process of buying and selling. Our passion for homes (we are currently on house 14 in 19 years), design, architecture and empathy for people lead us to open SuCasa in 2022. In just over a year we have been part of 16 sales, 10 international moves and now have 6 homes listed and 4 sales in the pipeline. We aim to be your anchor in the buying and selling storm.
